📅 Booking Window
You can view our schedule for the next three months to help you plan, but you can only book classes up to one month in advance. Anything beyond the first month is still subject to change, so those dates cannot be booked just yet.
🌟 Dedicated SEN Sessions
Until we open our second building, Wednesday mornings, Thursday afternoons, and Friday mornings are our specialised SEN sessions. SEN children are warmly welcomed in all of our regular classes across the week, but during these specific half-days, the building will be adapted to be quieter and classes will be smaller. We will also have extra SEN support staff on hand, and the classes will be specially adapted to involve parents/caregivers alongside the child. Because each SEN booking automatically covers two people (one child and one adult) and includes additional support staff, please note that these dedicated sessions will cost slightly more.
🎯 A Note on Age Groups
We know that every child has completely different abilities. The age brackets on our classes are just a rough guide so you have an idea of who will generally be attending. If your child is better suited to a class outside their chronological age, that's absolutely fine — there is always flexibility to move them around classes if necessary!
👨👩👧 Parent Attendance
Please note that outside of the dedicated SEN sessions mentioned above, we unfortunately cannot accommodate parents or guardians staying in the sessions. However, we fully intend to run dedicated Parent & Child classes very soon, and we will let you know as soon as they launch!
💡 Request a Session
If there is a session you'd love to see, or you spot a class you want to attend but currently can't, please let us know by typing it into the request box at the top of the timetable page.
🙏 Bear With Us
Right now, our schedule isn't completely full as we find our feet. We kindly ask for your patience while we get settled on this new journey and work through any early teething problems.
👋 Familiar Faces: Our Approach to Staff Cover
We know that consistency is incredibly important for children to feel secure, build trust, and get the most out of our workshops. Seeing the same friendly face every week is a big part of creating that safe, stress-free environment!
However, because life happens — whether it is staff illness, planned holidays, or unexpected emergencies — we do reserve the right to swap the provider leading a session when necessary.
To ensure your child always feels comfortable and supported, here is our promise to you:
Familiar Core Staff First
We always prioritise our core team for cover. The person stepping in will almost always be a familiar, friendly face that your children are already used to seeing around the building.
Trusted Professionals
We will never replace a staff member with a stranger or someone who is not deeply familiar with our centre and our Scandinavian ethos. Your children will always be with someone we know and trust entirely.
Clear Communication
While some situations are out of our control, we will always notify you of any staff changes with as much advance notice as humanly possible.
Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our community running smoothly!
